Get to the root of your pain. I'll guide you through a diagnostic GPS to know where you are and what is causing the problem, and a map for how to get to where you want to go—a stable way to repair connection and to strengthen your bond.
Individual Therapy
We’ll work together to bring relief, hope, and change. I’ll stay with you to help you find an approach to your feelings and problems that works for you.

Couples Workshop
An in-person weekend workshop that helps couples improve their relationship by noticing their negative patterns, learning to repair, and speaking vulnerably about feelings and needs.
Couples Growing
A bi-weekly group for couples (online or in-person, TBD) who want to stop negative patterns and learn to repair. You register for four months at a time. Contact me for more information
